Starting March 23, 2026, our customers will have access to a new partnership at the airport:

app2drive – easily rent a car via the app and hit the road

app2drive offers station-based car sharing in cooperation with cities, municipalities, partners, and airports. The service is available in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and the Netherlands through a steadily growing network of stations.

Hof-Plauen Airport (EDQM) has been added to the program as a station for picking up or returning rental cars. Customers can choose from three different vehicle classes (S/M/L) and book their desired rental car via the app. If no vehicle is available on-site, app2Drive will deliver the vehicle to the station in a timely manner after booking.

The rental car service is perfect for a short trip to the city of Hof, to Lake Untreusee, or to one of the many attractions and museums in the HoferLand region.

Europcar Station Hof

You can also easily and conveniently book the rental car of your choice by phone at the Europcar office in Hof. The staff will then deliver the rental car to the airport and leave the keys with our staff. You can also return the vehicle at our location.
