Anyone aged 18 or over (or 16 or over with a pilot's licence) who has correctly and fully completed the online entry form and answered the prize question correctly can take part.

Participation via the Instagram account @airporthof is not permitted, but is only possible via the organiser's homepage at www.airport-hof.de/aero-gewinnspiel .

Multiple submissions of the entry form by one participant are not permitted.

Each participantcan only enter once. In the event of multiple entries by a participant, only one entry form will be entered into the prize draw, provided that the competition question has been answered correctly.

Employees, management of Flughafen Hof-Plauen GmbH and their relatives as well as employees of the cooperation partner Messe AERO 2026 are excluded from participation!

The competition starts on Tuesday, 13.04.26, 12.00 noon and ends on Friday, 17.04.26, 12.00 noon.

Free tickets and discount codes for day tickets (see under "Our prizes") for admission to AERO-Expo 2026 (09-12.04.25) will be raffled off.

The raffle only includes the prizes mentioned. The organiser only provides the prizes mentioned.

All other additional costs in connection with the visit to the AERO 2026 trade fair in Friedrichshafen are to be borne by the winners themselves. Further claims or assumption of costs against the organiser are excluded.

The draw will take place publicly on Saturday, 18/04/2016 and will be broadcast as a LIVE story via the Instagram channel @airporthof. The exact time of the draw will be announced in good time via Instagram @airporthof .

The winners will be determined by a public draw for the prizes on offer (9x free tickets or discount codes). For this purpose, the forms submitted by the participants via the online entry form will be checked for correctness and completeness, printed out, folded and deposited in a ticket box.

The draw will be carried out by the Managing Director of Flughafen GmbH and a person drawing the tickets. Each entry form drawn will be checked again to ensure that it is correct, in particular that the competition question has been answered correctly.

The winner will be named by first name and place of residence. No other personal details will be disclosed.

Once all 9 draws have been completed, the competition is closed.

The winners will be notified by email to the email address provided.

Legal recourse is excluded!

The prizes are free ticket codes and discount codes for day tickets to the AERO 2026 trade fair in Friedrichshafen.

Payment of the prize in cash is not possible. A participant can waive the prize. In this case, the next participant entitled to win will take their place in the order of winners.

Participants will be notified promptly by email to the email address provided about the prizes and asked for confirmation, as the codes will be sent to the winners by email by Flughafen Hof-Plauen GmbH.

If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid email addresses), the organiser is not obliged to search for correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants.

It is therefore important that the email address given in the entry form is genuine and has been spelt correctly, as otherwise it cannot be sent. If it is not possible to send the prize to the email address provided, the prize will be passed on to another participant who is eligible to win.

The winners should therefore also check their SPAM folders!

After receiving the free ticket codes, the winners can use the codes when booking tickets in the AERO Ticket Shop for free day passes when booking tickets.

With the discount code, you can save 15% on every additional paid ticket - also in the AERO Ticket Shop!

Changes, cancellations or technical restrictions when booking tickets in the online AERO Ticket Shop are the responsibility of the trade fair organiser and are not the responsibility of Flughafen Hof-Plauen GmbH.

The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organiser.

This may include technical problems, rule changes or decisions by platforms such as Instagram if the competition is organised on or in connection with them.

Likewise, the organising company Flughafen Hof-Plauen GmbH has no influence on any problems that may occur when booking tickets on the corresponding trade fair platform (AERO ticket shop), changes or removal of booking options there!

The following exclusions and limitations of liability also apply to the organiser's liability for damages, notwithstanding the other statutory requirements for claims and our GTC, in accordance with this Section 10:

The organiser shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.

Furthermore, the organiser shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the competition and on the observance of which the contractual partners regularly rely. In this case, however, the organiser shall only be liable for foreseeable damage typical of the contract. The organiser is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the above sentences.

The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for a defect following the assumption of quality guarantees for the quality of a product and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Insofar as the organiser's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents of the organiser.

The organiser collects and uses the participants' data only to the extent permitted by law or with the participants' consent.

The following data is collected from the participants by the organiser and is used exclusively for the design, implementation and processing of the competition:

• Surname and first name of the participant,

• place of residence,

• email address

Upon written or textual request, participants may at any time request information from the organiser about which personal data is stored by the organiser, may request that it be corrected or deleted and may revoke their consent to the use of their data.

The submitted/transmitted data (see above) will be completely deleted at the end of the AERO-Expo 2026 trade fair on 27.04.26.
